The Group employs over 200 people across Ireland. Generating the BusinessSales Division - RetailOperating throughout Ireland our team of Account Managers, Sales Executives, Van Sales and Support Staff offer both our customers and suppliers profitable growth via strong trade relationships. The influencing and execution of our suppliers' brand plans ensures that PRM offers customer value and choice, which has led to our continued success. Business DevelopmentPRM Business Development is the link with our suppliers. With key input into brand plans, new product development, promotions and pricing structure, our Trading Team provides the business with the ingredients for our continued growth. This now includes the responsibility for our own brands Galberts and Fresh Food Kitchen. Key to our relationship building strategy is our PR, Events Management and Marketing Function which focuses on growing both PRM and our supplier brands. Manufacturing
Delivering the BusinessSupply ChainResponsible for the order capture and stock replenishment of over 1000 product lines reaching our customer base across Ireland 364 days a year. We control purchasing and stock replenishment ensuring that stock levels are maintained, continually reducing our customers' order lead times and maintaining consistently high service levels. We operate from a modern facility with state of the art computerised stock management, voice picking and temperature monitoring systems, providing full stock traceability and chill chain maintenance.
Servicing the BusinessFinance & Information TechnologyOur team of IT professionals develop and manage a range of information systems in house which service almost all aspects of our business. Advanced data analysis tools and back office systems allow us to provide both customers and suppliers with up to date management information services including sales information, EDI order capture, invoicing, purchasing and advanced shipping notifications. PRM offer bespoke software for promotion management to enable supplier funds to be monitored and controlled.
In July 2009 a Van Sales Handheld System was introduced throughout our van sales fleet. The mobile solution integrates with our back office system to provide our customers with managed ranges, personalised priced delivery notes and daily invoicing. The mobile solution provides computerised stock management and permits capture of electronic proof of delivery.

With our own multi-temperature controlled fleet in excess of 40 vehicles, supported by a team of independent hauliers. PRM Haulage provides a range of transport solutions across Europe, UK and Ireland. Currently handling in excess of 160 loads per week, the Haulage Division has capability to manage consignments from one pallet to twenty-six pallet loads across frozen, chilled and ambient temperature regimes with full temperature traceability.
With a highly trained staff, logistics is responsible for the effective receipt, stock management, order assembly and delivery of our product portfolio. Our extensive logistics network allows us to deliver 300,000 cases per week to distribution points thoughout Ireland from our strategically placed hub in Lisburn.
Our Quality Assurance System has been designed to provide industry recognised procedures for food safety, protecting our suppliers', customers and consumers' interests. We are regarly audited and having received approvals from STS, Yum! Restaurants International, Muller Dairy, Kraft and Grampian Country Pork, our Logistics Division prides itself on the high standard of service we provide. 
A Voice Controlled Picking System was introduced throughout our warehouses in January 2009. The hands free system has proved to be successful in increasing pick accuracy, productivity and safety. The automated system also facilitates real time stock management and replenishment capabilities.
