Fresh Food Kitchen was purchased by PRM in 2007 as part of the group's plan for diversification. With the purchase of the brand and the manufacturing facility came the opportunity to innovate and develop to widen the brand's appeal and enable PRM to strengthen its customer relations by providing own brand products.
The Fresh Food Kitchen brand was established in 1988 and rapidly gained loyalty from consumers, as it offered the authentic taste and appearance of homemade cooking.

With recent investment in the manufacturing facility and equipment the brand now enjoys full BRC approval.
The company is now in the process of implementing the front of pack traffic light labelling system on all its products as recommended by The Food Standards Agency.
